1. Start with the constraint
Write down the exam date, format, topics, question types, and the time you can realistically study. “I will study everything” is not a plan. “I have four weeks, three evenings, and one weekend block each week for a closed-book biology exam” is a constraint set you can work with. Leave at least one buffer block.
